Assessment doesn’t have to been an additional job responsibility. Learn how the Campus Center on the Biddeford campus uses the assessment process to enhance its aquatic operational effectiveness, while providing excellent professional and personal development to student employees. We’ll discuss our outcomes, measures, and how we define success and take actions based upon the results.
